Knife blade snapped contacted them offered a replacement straight away no hassle and no messing with forms and interrogation from them. We then turned to a small kitchen cabinet dealership and they carry the j k brand and a package cabinets counter installation of 1 2 the cost.

I would defiately reccomend to a friend. Upon installation there were a few visual scuff marks on the paint of an upper and lower side panel appearing as though they d been in use for a few years. The company was founded in winnipeg manitoba and has since been selling in both the canadian and american market. The overall rating of the company is 3 2 and consumers are mostly neutral.

We ve been attracted to the shaker style. I have celebrated all holidays at my home from 1970 to the present time along with my kitchen craft pans my kitchen craft pans looked exactly the same with the exception of the handles after 50 years of use i never in my wildest dreams believed not only the company still existed or that i could order new handles with the help of an exceptional employee named rachel my sister and her computer i now have new handles on all my pans and my set looks brand new this is an incredible true story. In 2002 kitchen craft became a subsidiary of masterbrand cabinets. The kitchen kraft frameless boxes are complete garbage.

Large gaps at the joints corners not aligned flush cheap plastic veneer tape on the edges with glue oozing out and smeared across the wood panel and some of the tape was not even trimmed flush to the face.

Kitchen looks of a very high quality. The cabinets are well made and kitchen craft had a variety of sizes to accommodate my specific kitchen. I love the features and when there was a few minor problems my kitchen sales person was able to rectify it quickly. Somewhat satisfied 4 out of 5.
